The social dinner will take place at the “Trzy po trzy” Restaurant on Friday, June 8, at 7:00 p.m. The participants pay for this event themselves. Registration for this event is necessary. We also welcome accompanying persons who have purchased tickets in advance for the social dinner. The tickets for the event will be distributed at the registration desk.

Białowieża National Park Tour
Within a few dozen kilometres from the Bialystok city there are many historic and natural conservation areas of European importance. The most famous one is the Białowieża National Park, the habitat of European bisons included in the World Heritage List recognized by UNESCO as a World Biosphere Reserve. You will have a unique opportunity to admire the primeval landscape and see the bisons. The participants pay for this event themselves (20EUR). We also welcome accompanying persons who have purchased tickets in advance for this tour.
The departure is at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, June 9, from the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of the University of Bialystok (parking area around the building C). The return is around 5:00 p.m.
During this field trip you will see:
- the Nature and Forest Museum;
- the oldest building in Białowieża;
- the Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas;
- the European Bison Show Reserve.
The price includes transportation to and from the park, a light lunch in a regular restaurant and tickets to the Nature and Forest Museum (visiting the permanent exhibition, the temporary exhibition gallery and the observation tower with an English speaking guide).
