We welcome submissions for oral presentation of papers (research, theoretical, practitioner and case study papers) as well as poster sessions. All submissions should be written and presented in English.


Abstract
Guidelines for Papers

Abstracts should not exceed 400 words. Each abstract should be structured as follows: title, author details (full name, affiliation and email address), background/theoretical framework, study design, methods, results, conclusions. All abstracts should include 3-5 key words and be submitted via the conference website. The abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the members of the Scientific Committee of the conference. Evaluation criteria include:

  • relevance and significance of the topic/issues/research questions,
  • appropriate choice of methods for the research questions,
  • logical development, clarity and completeness of the results and implications.

All the accepted abstracts will be included in the Conference Abstract Book, which will be available on the ATEE 2018 Spring Conference website.

The authors of the accepted abstracts will be required to submit the full papers by 31st July 2018. They will be handed on to at least two members of the Scientific Committee for review and consideration for publication.

Abstract Guidelines for Posters

Abstracts should not exceed  400 words. The abstract should encompass key elements as follows: rationale, methods, results, conclusions. All abstracts should include 3-5 key words and be submitted via the conference website. The abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the members of Scientific Committee of the conference. Evaluation criteria include:

  • relevance and significance of the topic/issues/research questions,
  • appropriate choice of methods for the research questions,
  • logical development, clarity and completeness of the results and implications.

All accepted posters will be displayed in well-attended areas of the conference venue. The poster can be up to 130 cm high x 90 cm wide. Posters should be printed and brought by each author to the conference.
